    1. Always be prepared 

    2. Create a mental checklist  Come up with 3 things you need to focus on before each shot to keep your game solid

    3. Go over your mental checklist before every shot. You'll find that this checklist provides comfort when in pressure situations.

    4. Stay in the here and now. Once you've learned from the shot what to do next, let it vanish from your mind.
